The Caribbean’s sunny weather and beautiful beaches appeal to millions of tourist each year. Most Caribbean countries spend resources to boost tourist attractions, leaving out thousands of young adults across the Caribbean. Majority of Caribbean youths are looking to better their lives, simply searching for opportunities.

The Nolan Hue Foundation is an organization based in Antigua and Barbuda, with a vision to create opportunities for young people by helping them to develop their skills. They hope that this type of investment will empower young adults to achieve their full professional potential.

Two months ago they held a three-day retreat in Antigua for 40 individuals aged 18-25.
