These Ordinary Caribbean Men Might Change Your View of Caribbean Males 1

Onel Sanford-Belle “Everyday Heroes- A FRESH look at Caribbean men” taped in 2011, shows another less promoted view of Caribbean males. The widely held view, is that there are not enough positive male role models in the Caribbean for young people to look up to, particularly for young Caribbean males.

That might me true but it doesn’t mean that you will never find positive male role models. Maybe we are looking for positive role models that are in the spotlight, the politicians, entertainers, sportsmen or entertainers. What about looking around us?

These ordinary Caribbean mean shown in the video below, may not be household names but through their efforts they are transforming the lives of young Caribbean men throughout their communities.
