I am sure you have seen the Youtube videos of Caribbean teenage girls fighting, or cursing and swearing or even being beaten by their parents. It seems that’s just normal for Caribbean teenage girls but is it really?

There many social issues that have caused many young Caribbean girls to go down the wrong road but have you ever listen to them, I mean really listen to what they have to say.

Social media and technology have given these Caribbean teenagers a voice and perhaps it time for adults to listen to that voice.

In the video below produced by I’m Glad I’m A Girl foundation, Caribbean teenage girls talk about what they want from their government and society in general.
