Jedidah Crosse talks passionately about her work in communities across Guyana and the support she and other members give to the UNFPA campaigns and advocacy work.

Crosse was speaking on the 5th of December 2017 during a meeting at the Liaison Office with UNFPA SROC’s Programme Clerk, Nichola Duncan and a media team from the UNFPA Sub-Regional Office in Jamaica, led by Vilma Gregory, Advocacy and Communications Consultant.

Crosse is UNFPA Youth Advisory Group Member (YAGee). YAG is a broad based and expansive regional group of young people, in particular those who are vulnerable and live in extremely difficult circumstances.

The group provides a youth consultative forum on UNFPA policies and programmes in the English and Dutch Speaking Caribbean region. It is made up of National Youth Advisory Groups where possible and a Regional Advisory Group of selected young people from the different countries served by UNFPA.
