How This Jamaican-Born Photographer Captures The Most Difficult Stories On Camera 1

Jamaican-born photographer, Ruddy Roye started taking photos of people in his community more than 10 years ago.

Since then Roye has taken hundreds of photos that highlight the deep emotions expressed in the faces of people from various backgrounds.

Roye’s work has been recognized and celebrated and in 2016 he earned the Instagrammer of the year award. Here is Roye in a recent interview with TIME.

Kwame Samuels was born and raised in Negril Jamaica. He currently resides in Toronto Canada where he works fulltime in the field of market research. Kwame is a avid soccer fan and listen to Roots Reggae everyday
