With this new year I keep reminding myself I can accomplish great things like Jamaican-born Hubert Evans who at 87, graduated with a college degree.
This story was shared on a US TV station back in June of 2016 but as I look at at 2016, I have to say Hubert Evans is a perfect example of dedication and hard work. Six months after this story has been told and into a new year, I want to share his story with you.

I have always struggle with seeing through my new year’s resolution perhaps I set an impossible dream. But who could imagine at 87 year old graduating with bachelor’s degree and now thinking of doing his masters.
Thank you Mr Evans. In 2017 I will always remember your journey and whenever I think things are impossible, I will remind myself that “Yes, it’s possible…You did it at 87”
