In a small town somewhere in Jamaica, a group of kids sit close together in a makeshift classroom. Their teacher, a Rastafarian, take them through several subjects including mathematics and history. The kids in this classroom display confidence and a strong recognition of their culture.
As I watch the video, it is hard not to think that maybe this could be part of the solution to helping Jamaican kids overcome the problem of low self esteem.

Although you may not agree with the beliefs and practices of Rastafari, I am sure that you would agree that good education should accompany confidence and high self esteem.
