Latoya West-Blackwood is a Jamaican entrepreneur, publisher and writer. She is the current Chair of the Book Industry Association of Jamaica (BIAJ) and the CEO of Jamaica’s first registered full service publishing consultancy, iPublish. Latoya is also the co-founder of Read Jamaica, a non-profit which promotes Jamaican and Caribbean authors at international literary events.

A proud Pan Africanist, Latoya has been involved in several community based initiatives and projects working to promote cultural awareness, self reliance and literacy among youth in particular.
