Dale Elliot, born in St Lucia is a man with a vision and a passion. I don’t know him personally but I have watched Untold Stories, a popular TV series in St Lucia which luckily for me is also available on Youtube.
Through the eyes and ears of his camera, Dale shares stories of poverty, pain, challenges and hope. Many of the stories and lives of the people that are interviewed go unnoticed even though we may pass them on the streets everyday. The title of the TV series, “Untold Stories”, clearly sums up the lives of many of us in the Caribbean.
My few words do little to truly tell what inspires Dale Elliot, a young man with a dream to make a positive contribution to the lives of ordinary St Lucians. Watch the video below as Dale shares why he work so hard to tell the stories of St Lucians without voices.

Hard to find someone as committed to his cause as Dale Elliot. In the video he says,
“I would produce these programmes if I had to sell my shoes to tell the correct story, so that one person’s life could be change”
I hope that sponsors see the value of these types of TV programmes and support people like Dale Elliot. Well done Dale and continue to share these inspiring stories.
