Congratulations to Tevin Shepherd from Castries, St Lucia who has been selected in recognition of his work highlighting life-changing opportunities for young people.

Tevin Shepherd, the 2nd Vice President of the National Youth Council of Saint Lucia is among eight exceptional young leaders from the OECS to be awarded by Her Majesty The Queen on Thursday June 23rd.
