There is so much to St Lucian entrepreneur Noelina St. Ange than just selling handbags.
She is an inspiration for young St Lucians looking to enter the field of business. Here is why?
Less than 12 months ago, she started to produced what she called “the world’s interchangeable handbag”. Her journey started with a small grant from the St Lucian government and soon after she had the big idea of not just creating handbags but handbags that were unique and fashionable.
She had to overcome a big challenge..How could she make these handbags on a commercial basis?
Well fortunately St. Ange was able to struck a commercial deal with a Taiwanese manufacturer for her locally designed handbags. In her instragram post announcing her deal, St. Ange said,
‘We have come a long way from the first sample‘
She surely has. With this new deal TiFi Zouk is on the part to becoming a well known Caribbean and perhaps Global brand.
