These days many people in Trinidad and Tobago are becoming less optimistic about life in this country. But I still believe that Trinidad and Tobago is one of the greatest country on earth.

You may wonder why I feel so positive about Trinidad and Tobago, my answer is simply why not? I must admit that it is hard to remain positive everyday with reach report of another violent crime.

But this wasn’t the Trinidad and Tobago that my grandparents grew up in. Many years ago, Trinidad and Tobago was a safe place to live for everyone both citizens and visitors alike.

I came across this video on Youtube shared by a Trinidadian now living overseas and I thought this perhaps captures the essence of what I am trying to say,

Hopefully one day we will return to those glory days in my country Trinidad and Tobago.
